The income from legally selling abandoned imported goods by customs will be used to pay for the actual costs incurred from the selling process and then the costs for transportation, loading/unloading, storage, etc. After related expenses are deducted, the remaining sum will be turned over to the state treasury. Payment shall be made pro rata where the income from selling the goods is not sufficient to reimburse the costs for transportation, loading/unloading, storage, etc. mentioned above.
