To enhance the exhibition experience, Ningbo Customs has set up dedicated channels for the Expo at its main business sites, providing round-the-clock reserved customs clearance services. Set up a "Customs Consultation Counter" at the International Conference Center and station an expert team to provide comprehensive on-site customs supervision services and policy interpretation services. Meanwhile, through 12360 hotline, the platform for contacting enterprises and special pages on the official website, Ningbo Customs will interpret key information such as access policies and technical standards in real time, and achieve full coverage of "online + offline" services.

We will continually deepen the "three smart" cooperation with the customs of CEECs, promote the establishment of standardized mutual recognition channels, continuously expand the spillover effects of the expo, and help Ningbo build the "first gateway" for CEE goods to enter the Chinese market. A relevant official from Ningbo Customs said.

It is reported that Ningbo Customs has been continuously promoting the construction of "Smart Customs", exploring application of new technologies such as artificial intelligence and Internet of Things to implement full-process traceability management of exhibits, and innovating diversified post-exhibition handling models such as "exhibits transfer in cross-border e-commerce" and "exhibits transfer into special supervision of the Customs", further expanding the spillover effect of the expo. Under the innovative customs supervision model, this expo will inject new impetus into deepening economic and trade cooperation between China and CEECs and promote more high-quality goods to enter the Chinese market.
