To post outbound articles, the sender shall fill in the Customs Declaration Form. If posting small outbound parcels, he shall also fill in green labels, truthfully filling in the name, quantity and value of articles contained in the parcels, and declare to the Customs resident in post offices. After the inspection and release by the Customs, such articles will be delivered to the post office for posting.
If the sender posts them at a post office without Customs office, he may, according to the above formalities, directly send to the post office, which will hand them over to the Customs office stationed in outbound mail exchange office for inspection and release.
