After a declaration form passes electronic data examination or professional examination, the consignee/consignor may submit all relevant paper-made documents to local onsite Customs officers for acceptance of documents. The Customs officer receiving the documents will check whether the submitted paper-made declaration form and accompanying documents are mutually consistent in contents and whether the electronic declaration data on computer are consistent with the paper-made declaration form.
