Temporarily imported goods refer to the goods imported into China temporarily by international organizations, foreign governments, enterprises in foreign countries, Hong Kong Region and Macao Region, people’s organizations, or individuals for economic, technical, scientific and cultural cooperation and exchanges, which shall be re-exported in their original state within specified time limit.
