Any print or audiovisual product containing any of the following contents will be prohibited from exit from China:
1. Contents prohibited from entering the country.
2. Contents involving the state secrets.
3. Publications with marks as "for Internal Use" or "for Circulation inside China".
4. Ancient and antique books and other materials with the value of cultural relics that are prohibited from being brought out of China according to the Referential Standards on Appraisal of Cultural Relics for Export promulgated by the state.
