Through channel identification, the electronic declaration form data will be delivered to local onsite Customs House for data review and for tax and fee matters. And after the data pass professional examination, the system will automatically complete the calculation of taxes and fees.

Professional examination of declaration form, or manual examination of declaration form, refers to the operation process of manual professional examination over the electronic declaration form data, which are allocated to the document examining center or chosen by the examining center on its own, based on commodity classification and the support from functional departments and on its own professional advantages, by virtue of an informational operation platform.
