When declaring to the Customs, a passenger shall submit completed-as-required P. R. China Customs Declaration Form for Baggage of Incoming/Outgoing Passengers or other declaration documents, his/her own valid entry and exit certificates, and attached certificates, commercial documents and other documents that are issued by the competent authorities of the People's Republic of China for permitting the entry and exit of relevant articles.
