In order to facilitate the correct declaration of commodity classification matters by the consignors and consignees of import and export goods and their agents, and to ensure the uniformity of commodity classification, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Commodity Classification of Import and Export Goods" (promulgated by the General Administration of Customs Order No. 252), the General Administration of Customs has formulated the commodity classification decisions for 2025, and at the same time invalidated some of the commodity classification decisions. It is hereby announced.
