The supply of duty-free commodities (including duty-free tobacco, liquor, and beverage) to an international navigation ship will be in the charge of a duty-free shop of a foreign-ship supply company. No other organizations are permitted to supply such duty-free commodities to international navigation ships by utilizing any bonded area or bonded warehouse.
