“Clean Manifests” are the manifests providing the goods actually loaded on means of transport that are confirmed by the principals of the means of transport or by their agents.
“Preload Manifests” are the manifests providing the outbound goods that are pre-planned for loading by the principals of outbound means of transport or their agents.
