National Food Safety Standard: Modified milk

Based on document G/SPS/N/CHN/1287 notified on 25 October 2023,the standard has:

1. Adds requirement "except for flavored condensed milk" for concentrated milk ingredients;
2. Removes the requirement of allowing fat to rise on top in sensory requirements;
3. Modifies the description of milk powder production and reconstituted milk labeling;
4. Adds regulations for liquid products made from raw milk with only lactase added, clarifying that standards can be applied according to their production process.
