Description of content: This standard applies to gelatin, a food additive produced from animal bones, skin, tendons, tendons, and scales through moderate hydrolysis. It specifies the technical requirements and test methods for Gelatin.

If no, describe, whenever possible, how and why it deviates from the international standard: The moisture content requirements are different, mainly due to the significant difference in humidity between northern and southern China. Chinese standards have stricter requirements for moisture content to ensure product quality. The criteria for sulfur dioxide are also more stringent because the Chinese Pharmacopoeia specifies that sulfites should not be detected.
