This Regulation is formulated in accordance with the National Defense Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Military Facilities and other laws, for the purpose of protecting the security of important military facilities, ensuring their operational efficiency and the normal conduct of military research, production, testing, storage and other activities, and strengthening the modernization of national defense.
