This measure is formulated in accordance with the relevant laws and administrative regulations such as the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Quarantine of Entry-Exit Animals and Plants" and its implementing regulations, and the "Biosecurity Law of the People's Republic of China" to prevent plant quarantine pests and other pests from being introduced into China along with inbound plant propagation materials and to protect the safety of agricultural and forestry production in China.
